We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMX, Discover and Maestro. We also accept payments thru Paypal. If you have any payment inquiries please email customer care. All payments will be processed immediately and will be withdrawn from your account in 1-4 business days.
When purchasing with a PROMO CODE, STORE CREDIT or GIFT CERTIFICATE, please enter the provided code in the APPLY COUPON box in your Shopping Bag. Once entered please select UPDATE BAG to see the final total.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving for full refund on full price merchandise. FINAL SALE on all sale items, promotions, undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, books and paper goods. Returns with a postage mark over 7 days of delivery date will receive a store credit only and a 20% restocking fee. International returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be approved by Mr. Larkin.
Mr. Larkin will not issue a refund until return merchandise has been received. Mr. Larkin reserves the right to refuse any return merchandise. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all tags/packaging attached and in sellable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. This includes orders with free shipping. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. For all international orders (outside the US and EU), an exchange may only be authorized if the customer pays for all shipping and duties both directions. International orders can receive a store credit only for returned merchandise.
To make a return, please email email@example.com to request a Return Authorization number. Kindly include your name and/or order number and return item(s). Please put your RA# on the return package in order to complete your return. Once your return has been received please allow 1-3 business days for processing the refund or store credit.
Do not return any product(s) with out RA# they may be rejected.

This applies to Denmark purchases ONLY. All products sold on www.mrlarkin.net are subject to a 2 year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use.
The claim has to be submitted within reasonable time, which is considered 2 months after you have noted the defect. If you believe you have a warranty claim please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our suppliers handle warranty claims in different ways. We will do our best to get your claim processed as quickly as possible.
In your claim you must include order number, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim if applicable, description of the claim and if applicable, description of how the fault occurred.
Any dispute between the business and the customer is subject to Danish law.
All US orders ship from Houston, TX and all EU orders ship from Copenhagen, Denmark. International orders ship from both depending on stock.
Free First Class Shipping on all US domestic orders of $250 or more.
We stock in both the US and Denmark, and ship worldwide. We work on a flat rate system and offer free shipping on all US domestic orders of $250 or more and a pick up/drop off offer in our base city of Copenhagen. For Copenhagen purchases only, please request a pick up/drop of in your order notes and we can refund you shipping. We will notify you through email for details/location. We ship all orders First Class & Priority using the USPS, DK Post and UPS which take up to 1-7 business days depending on your location. We are able to do rushed shipping in US and EU only (not available for International Orders). Please see all rates below.

Once we have shipped your ordered goods Mr. Larkin is not responsible for loss, damages or delays.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature at delivery.

Once your order has been processed please always allow 1-3 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a separate email will follow with tracking info.
Please note customer care and parcel distribution are CLOSED on weekends.
TAXES & DUTIES
In US, only residents of Texas will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%. In EU, a required sales tax is already included in price. Mr. Larkin is not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or duties that may incur on orders outside of US and EU. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client.
While we try to update our site and stock daily, we can not guarantee availability of any product. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed we will notify you via email or telephone.
We share stock between our US and EU locations. If an item is out of stock in one country we can send it from the other. You will be notified of delays by email and added shipping fees may apply.
